All of our home inclusions are chosen to suit the tropical climate of the Mackay area. Our inclusions feature functionality and enhance energy efficiency.


  • Design and drafting service of your house plan
  • Obtain foundation data (allowed to level of site class S)
  • Council fees and all required permits of local authorities
  • Queensland Building Service Authority Guarantee Insurance
  • Third Party Liability Building Insurance during construction
